My best recommendations!

I can absolutely not understand any of the bad reviews regarding the costumer service.
I ordered my new bikini last Sunday, but was a little confused since I didn't get an order confirmation on my e-mail. I immediately contacted the costumer service through their chat platform on their website, and they were so quick to respond, so nice and very helpful! It turns out, that I had forgotten which e-mail I used for my order, but the costumer service managed to help my clarify what went wrong very quickly and thus I happily found my order confirmation.
The package arrived only 3 working days later and judging after the fact that it has been on its way all the way from Italy to Denmark, I would say that it is very impressive and satisfactory.
So, long story short:
I would definitely recommend Calzedonia! I rate them as a luxurious, trustworthy and fashionable brand with good costumer service, good quality bikinis and quick delivery.

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever. Items send/ shipped/ label created. 10 days same status. Then it starts with customer service. In one word BAD. In 2021 such an amateur service.
So i did my own research and got answer from UPS in one day!!!! they don't have it. Calzedonia says you have to wait 5 days to give UPS time to find it. UPS confirmed already with me they don't have it. This company is a total scam. Quality i can't judge because you pay and i got nothing.
I will issue a refund straight from Paypal because this is pure amateurism and total scamming people.

Terrible quality products, non-existing service. Delaying refunds.

It’s now been over a month since Calzedonia confirmed they received my return and are issuing a refund. Still haven’t got my money. Please beware, their phone doesn’t work, web chat takes at least 30 minutes to connect, and email responses are unhelpful as they just keep telling you to wait. Have to wait for another month to complain to ombudsman.
On the product side, the quality was very subpar. Never buying from them again.

Poor quality

I bought a few pairs of merino/cashmere tights. They were pretty expensive and unfortunately lasted only a few uses before holes started to appear. Poor quality of product unfortunately.
Edit: a few days later I still haven't received any communication from the company.

I have just placed an order with…

I have just placed an order (order number 45499808) with Calzedonia yesterday, 20Feb and I really pray I will get my products in-spite of the worrying reviews here. Will come back with my comment.
**Update Wednesday the 24th Feb: although UPS did not update their website with the shipment info, I have got my order promptly after having received 3! email updates on my order status directly from Calzedonia.
I know there are many bad reviews here but my experience with Calzedonia was flawless!

Ordered in November, didn't receive it, no money back

Ordered in November, Calzedonia/UPS says it's delivered, I didn't receive anything. I've emailed several times (at least 10), called them last week again, they said it's gonna be arranged and I'll get my money back. It's been 3 months now and I still don't have my money back.

Worst experience ever!

I made a purchase in November. The package was delivered with a delay and it contained random items - nothing that I ordered.
It has been over a month that I am trying to call them, get hold of anyone on chat, plus sent around 20 emails with a complain to receive no response whatsoever.
Very disappointing and disrespectful.
Terrible service, no customer support and no appreciation towards customers. Will never buy there anything again!

Charged money for nothing

Absolutely terrible experience. On January 1 I paid them almost 70 euro for an online order only to get:
- no order confirmation, I cannot even track it since I have no order number!
- absolutely no comment on that from customer care, does it even exist?
- no delivery;
- no refund.
Worthy of a legal action and surely, never will I buy anything from Caledonia again.

Terrible

Still no response from customer service to resolve this issue, despite reply to previous trust pilot review.
Placed and paid for an order in October, order still not received, nor have I had any response to the several emails sent to their customer service regarding this.
I have ordered from them previously and there were no issues. Appreciate there may be problems with delivery due to the ongoing global pandemic, however, this is very poor customer service.

NEVER AGAIN ONLINE ORDER WITH CALZEDONIA

I made an order with Calzedonia to collect in store. Store are closed and I will not be able to get my order. I would like to get refunded but, as ALL the other customer’s reviews say, no one answered. Email, phone, chat. ZERO.
I tried since almost 2 weeks now.
UNBELIEVABLE!

I placed an online order a month ago…

I placed an online order a month ago and I live in USA but the parcel I have received is not my order or what I have paid for. I have sent various emails, tried calling and chatting in but I haven’t got an answer. No response from customer service at all. They took my money but I do not have my products. It is such a shame as I have been to their stores in person and love their products. I suggest finding another brand.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. You will not get your order and they will take your money. At this point I do not even want my order just a refund.
What can I do?
